"I'm willing to believe ItalFarmaco has a role as a manufacturer. But I'm a lot less willing to believe that T-enox is Lupenox. Maybe some day we'll know for sure."
Makes sense RockRat....hence MNTA's lawsuit thru discovery
2/ Dew et al, Might SNY consider straight generic pricing for potential competitive purposes?
One competitor being better than two or three.
If so, would it make Teva's potential T enox unprofitable and unappetizing?
"The enemy of my enemy is my friend"
3/ genisi Teva's actions since July are all about protecting Copax to every degree...care to deny this fact?
4/ Currently TEVA is trading down @$1 Billion while MNTA is up @$250K.
i too find it hard to believe teva achieved "chemical sameness" with a drug that has an average MW that is some 13% lower than branded lovenox (lupenox 3900 kDa, lovenox 4500) i was even surprised amphastar's product passed with a consistent batch to batch MW difference of some 5% back in 2004/5 (4700 kDa)
