Yea its not very clear to anyone as from the replies.
The way you think its gonna happen is for Jeff to do a R/S of 4 into 1 and then max the O/S again to give 75% to the merging company.
Todays 1.5B will turn into 375MM shares and Jeff now can remax the O/S, so 112.5B can be given to Centrix? Can't see that happening, Or he increases the A/S to 4.5B and issue the new increased shares to the new guys.
Either way why is there not a mass exidus to the exit doors.
Now we can also look at QASP as an empty shell. Jeff can put the new company into a new clean shell and then dividend 25% of the new shell to QASP share holders and allow Centrix to retain 75% of the shares in the new shell. QASP has no value today so it works. You have two seperate trading symbols now. All us QASPers will have these new shares show up in our accounts as some dividend shares.
I'm haveing a hard time wrapping my mind around this one. Lack of information. Jeff left out a few important pieces for some reason.
If I hold to his word, not to tap QASP shareholders anymore, then This makes even more confusion.
He can not just take my shares to give to someone else. There either has to be a R/S or an increase in the A/S. I'm missing something.
I know it was said its still being finalized, so maybe we don't have all the info today. And its just one big guess.
Like everyone else, I'm trying to see the value in holding today going into the unknown.
