This is why a single does against ADHD would be given first thing in the morning; not last thing at night as which would be required in apnea. RD is another story completely as you are worried about hypoxia and apnea and death as a surrogate endpoint of RD. In such cases, an ampakine would be a bullseye. I don't believe further study is needed in apnea, and certainly not by this team. For RD and/or ADHD though, the technology is ready to fly from the scientific point of view.
