Small player probably just caught up in the stuff... cause he ran a paltalk room and believed crap more than most and also had the site... etc... cause they loved to call the CEO'S all the time in dat place and actually believed what they were telling them etc... lolzzz... then getting others to buy into it... or whatever... really no clue except I used to be in the Bill P paltalk room all the time back then and was amazed of the B.S. they were saying on tons of stocks... as some chart guru or talking to the CEO or actually putting the phone calls live in dat pace... etc... that they say this and that is coming... etc...
Well I guess more than a small player since it was in this crap... but probably the smallest player... ya know what I mean :-)
