Reverse Merger is the best for this KAT.

Last RM, HC into KATG did not work out so well
even with one of the best law firms

Buy another Shell, RM into KATG, Uplist KATX ???
PR leaned to just Uplisting, yet almost a month and No filings

I strongly disagree with your claim about selling

You should know why but you won't say.
I have stated my opinion on selling
But it has gone on so long I now consider Insider selling too

Transparency counts, Not Promises or Hype...
