The fact that company principals and insiders like Giovanni Luciano and Ishmail Calvin Ross and the rest of their gang own no common shares yet make every effort to peddle them to outsiders should be sufficient reason to avoid buying HFBG common or at least be suspect of same. If common shares were a great investment or bargain, why do those who know most about the company and its, ahem, activities never buy them? Even at these levels, they refrain. I can't think of any reputable firm where the principals show a disdain for their own common shares and avoid buying them. It's an undeniable red flag warning.
