Regarding showing what's in the bank account(s):

It's a tough call. Don't like it any more than you do.

If you go public via SPAC in NY instead of HK or NY IPO, the rules end up a bit different. You saved a lot but now you have to pay somehow. Maybe one way to pay is to lose face a bit by showing Capital1 (What's in your wallet).
