Yes WE as investors being NON-AFFILIATED with the company in any way, can say just about whatever we want about it. We don't need 'safe harbor' statements as we're not affiliated. Make sense? It should, that's the law.
It's everyone's own judgement when listening to people that are NOT AFFILIATED with the company, and I don't work for/with MMTE so yeah. I can say just about whatever I want in that case. My sources are cited where safe harbor statements are viewable. Nobody has to listen, and we don't have to state it's 'our opinion' because everything we say about a company we're NON-AFFILIATED with is just that, always an opinion.
It's the same concept calling this a 'scam', or saying 'this is going to the moon' hah.. they're opinions. To say news is 'coming soon' from someone NOT AFFILIATED with the company is the same concept and 100% legal. That's merely their opinion.
The only 'fact' that okoil has made, has been that he obviously won't call Mammoth to ask himself, so i'll do it for him. Give me 20 mins and i'll post what I get as i've got free global calling ;)
