In this case mz157, the misconception as to what is legal and what is illegal by a non-lawyer, non-judge has resulted in us being worse off as opposed to better off, imo.
I really felt like I was making progress, and for all anyone knows, our feedback put an end to bad shelf deals, for example. Or any other thing that the collective wisdom can contribute to the company.
Maybe we're supposed to be simply passive investors, but the fact of the matter is that with a company of about 8 people, while they may have a better perspective will likely not come to solutions, which are much better than the consensus of 500 investors, who contribute their knowledge and experience and provide that knowledge and experience through meaningful interchange both on this board and in email.
In addition to that, letting us in as opposed to shutting us out gives everyone a feeling that we're all doing our best to move this investment forward - no regrets, whatever happens.
amj's actions, in my opinion, was a disservice to this board. That is my opinion.
