IMO - I would expect that when CPOW becomes listed on another exchange everyone will know at the same time through a press release.
When I spoke with someone at CNDX when I was trying to find out why the BCSC ceased trading on the stock - I asked if CPOW was listed on their exchange or if they were in the process - the lady said at the moment they were not listed and she couldn't disclose whether they were in process of listing.
