If you have evidence that the paid promos for CPOW were done by the shorts, please post it here.
I am beginning to think that myself, HOWEVER, again it is one of several possible theories. See my earlier posting on this.
In this case, the theory would be some big time shorter(s) paid for the promo, then trashed the company on their website to bring about gains through short selling. It's feasible.
So is the possibility of some large investor having done this.
So is the possibility of competitive companies having done this to make the company look scammy.
I won't rehash this, I earlier listed out all of the potential parties and their potential motives.
We need to find out who Hefin International Inc. is -- that's the front group that paid for the promos. My offer stands to buy someone a dinner (via gift certificate) if they can track down Hefin International.
Whoever paid for the promos, they seem to have stopped.
I am beginning to think the shorts have gotten out already but I am not sure. I really could use some input from someone who is more familiar with short selling. If we could get a current "short interest" figure we could also have more data about this.
