Reg SHO Joe, you must not have been paying attention. Reg SHO has not really kicked in yet. Naked shorting can still occur without a Reg SHO violation. And even after the 13th day on the list, true shorting, with the delivery of borrowed shares, can continue.
With all the trading volume today, you have to figure that some share were sold to buyers who aren't carful to prevent their shares from being lent out.
