A very precarious position this Bullock is in....maybe the PGPM share holders need to put a lot more pressure there in DD discovery and inquiry???? Note...the higher you are, the further you can fall!!!

If Matt can't get the resources needed for legal council, maybe there are other ways this can be achieved???

This is way beyond wrong.......the right thing needs to happen, and soon!

well, many of the shareholders of pgpm are also shareholders, albeit restricted, of arcland (that's fact, jack). so we win a chance to be doubly screwed (that's irritation)? at least it seems that arcland has really taken off, eh (that's sarcasm)? at least that's consistent (that's life). what's that spell? No way he doesn't hold a position in PGPM, perhaps sizeable. LOL, This is all incestuous!

But perhaps he cares MORE about Arcland's best interests.

Didn't "downsideup" tell us - long ago - that someone or some board was trying to get the stockholders of PGPM from being owed $40 million, to a place where those same stockholders would own a company that owed $40 million?
