For some unexplained reason our SC justices are off-limits to criticism, even when they take public positions OUTSIDE their court responsibilities...take Scalia's open activity with conserv political groups for example - does anyone in their right mind think Scalia would not be biased if a legal case involving a conserv issue came before the SC? You're right about the scrutiny Rangel got over his tax problem, and imo rightfully so...I want everyone in a position of influence to be treated the same!
