That has nothing to do with trading. An RSA SecurD Key is used to provide user access to networks. Lots of companies use them for employees and customers to access secure information. For example, my bank uses a similar technology for online access to make sure that the account holder not only has the correct password, but is using a registered computer to log on. It is just a password/access authentication process.
In this case, it is given to Pink Sheet customers to upload information (such as Press Releases) to Pink Sheets for publication on their website. You have to already be a Pink Sheets PR customer (i.e., an already public company PAYING Pink Sheets for stock promotion services) to be issued a password that would utilize the Key. It has ZERO to do with regulatory compliance and stock registration.
You are really reaching with this one. I guarantee there is no such thing as a "trading key". Owen probably made it up and like a lot of things Owen and Petro invented, it is being parroted here.
