yes for a pinkie with the current pps it is considered low I dont know of too many other "real" verifiable OTC pink exploration companies with as low or lower O/S and potential...believe it or not there are people waiting to buy shares if it goes lower in fact if Im not mistaken, you are one of them? with the amount of eyes on the stock and the potential it is certain we bounce from these levels soon... IMO of course...Im sure the company will address the share structure as needed and when needed...
Also, if they do r/m into KATG (just for the sake of the argument) you would have to add 25% bonus shares. Still I would go for that, but Ken should know better than me looking into his cards.
