Actually the O/S is low compared to many ... even if the float were the entire O/S @ 641M (which it isnt) that alone will keep the pps from dropping any further...the float is locked up and you know as well as anybody here this stock moves on very little volume either way...I am glad this company hasnt raised the A/S but did just the opposite...we see POS's that dilute to the hilt max the O/S and then raise the A/S and do it all over again...not KATX too many folks here willing to add at these prices while they are here for the potential at hand....we are due for a bounce very soon IMO... http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=KATX&p=D&b=5&g=0&id=p93915506153
