The company has stated several times in recent weeks they plan on NO DILUTION! Check their website also. But this was from a PR weeks ago before all the White Paper etc.
WatchIt Technologies Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WTCT) announced today that the Company is in negotiations with various investment entities, both foreign and domestic, to secure additional investment. The purpose of this financing is to take the Company's revolutionary "fuel reformer" to a pre production stage.
