If we figure out the other significant levels it narrows it down to something tradable. Assuming the other levels are just as valid as the 200 sma and I believe they are if we select them carefully. I don't know what a Zeev box is but it's supposed to contain price within some tradeable level. A better understanding of the levels would be a start and might even make it obvious how to trade around them.
