The numbers surrounding the economic impact of the Mackenzie Gas Project during its lifetime are staggering.
Almost 209,000 person years of employment, $86.3 billion in GDP and $10 billion in tax revenues for Canada.
Over 77,000 person years of employment, $5.1 billion in GDP, $506 million in tax revenue for Ontario. And
here in Alberta, the Mackenzie Gas Project would create almost 78,000 person years of employment, $9.9 billion in GDP and $808 million in tax revenue.
