Does the following statement seem plausible to you?
"While other landowners around Sarissa's Shining Tree property can garner agreements with lenders/miners, Sarissa and its Shining Tree property remains without a partner. This is because Sarissa's CEO, while perhaps likely turning down some offers for Shining Tree, prefers to wait for the most economically adventageous offer that he can get."

If I may contaminate the poll with an editorial, it seems peculiar to me that entities would be interested in a lot of the Shining Tree area but not the Sarissa property.
So, I have to think that there is interest in the Sarissa property there too, but that Keevil wants more than has been offered.
The point being that (1) Sarissa has the attention of the business world -- whether it be lenders or miners -- but (2) Keevil is looking to make a deal that is better for SRSR.
Somehow I have gotten the idea that many on this board feel like SRSR has no attention on it, when in fact it very likely does.
It just hasn't as yet come to fruition in the form of a done deal.
