FFF, you missed one very simple point. This is all opinion until "Proven" in a court of law. That will not happen, if it ever does, until the end of November, 2011. Until then, I guess we will all have to wait. As I have said before,

I never said that Petro America is investments that has gone bad. Petro America still exist, and moving towards a point of trading.
