So I have heard from others who have talked to him. He is a 'by the book' kind of guy. Nobody knows anything more than the next investor. I like his track record.
This tells me he expects a reversal shortly, imo. Please understand that a stock's valuation is not determined in days or weeks, but over the course of months.
