Thank you for your comments. Please understand that a stock's valuation is
not determined in days or weeks, but over the course of months. Irrational
fluctuations often occur in the near term for a variety of reasons:
1. A large shareholder needs cash and is forced to liquidate.
2. Individuals expecting a quick profit buy quickly and sell quicker if
their immediate expectations are not met.
3. Short sellers who make a practice of shorting penny stocks, do so
reflexively, using any available shares they can borrow.
4. Predatory short sellers attempt to maintain downward pressure at great
risk to themselves with the expectation and hope that they can demoralize
large long-term stockholders to part with their shares at unreasonably low
prices.
However, the history of markets proves that fundamentals prevail. Attending
to those fundamentals is the function of management whose duty is to serve
investors, not short-term speculators.
From time to time we receive communications from speculators faulting us for
not taking steps to cause a spike in the stock price that will enable them
to sell. Surely, you understand that we are not here to enrich the
speculator at the expense of the investor.
If you are an investor who has studied our financials, plans, and progress,
we welcome your support. If you are a speculator, we thank you for providing
liquidity to the stock, but must tell you that in such endeavors, you are on
your own.
