the dogs of the Dow. sleaze bag houses sell this crap to the great unwashed, this pumps up Intel along with the other 14. They start in January and it takes a couple of days before the suckers are hooked, then bam! stock goes up a couple of points, houses sell the crap out of it into the pigeons they got to buy. This is from the same guys that gave you enron.
