There is no proof whatsoever that this is a scam. None. Just some salty people who didn't get in trying to spread lies. But the incoming company speaks for itself!

Unlikely. I don't know, I'm pretty confident that Seawind Group is legit and is going to merge with 3Power, the only question is whether or not Seawind revenues are as good as the PR would lead you to believe or are they being exaggerated, that we have no idea.
