I don't think the financiers are grabbing cheap shares. I think they are dumping shares into the market everyday (via HDSN, most likely), and that they have been for quite some time.
I have come around to Gump's way of thinking - - that the mysterious financiers got their 50 million shares, but never put up anywhere close to the full 5 million bucks. So they've been pouring shares into the market over the past months trying to pull as much profit back as they are able to.
They may be able even to be selling at this level and still come out ahead on the deal.
Ken may indeed be a good and honorable man.
But I think he got in way over his head with this thing. And we are all being taken to the cleaners as a result of his ineptitude.
