I know what selling short is. As a matter of fact, I've posted that Bloomberg's link two days ago myself.

Your points are well taken. I've already written 2 letters. Have you done it yourself? We all should get involved, than we'll get results.

We can also prevent some short selling simply by putting all our shares on Sell, Good 'til Canceled' orders at about 5 times current value. This way the brokerage co cannot lend your shares to short sellers.
