I am waiting to dump at break-even as well except we have to make sure to time it perfectly. The CEO is going to putout some huge flupp to dump and we have to make sure to be in the line befor he does..hahaha

This CEO dude converts notes (he uses the term "unsolicited notes") to shares but if you look at all the previous filings there is no reference of any note origination at al. So what note is he refering to. He is doing transaction between companies he owns and he owns a few of them. This Rocketstcok poster guy is very smart and he has been giving the real info all along except I still wonder why he uses his valauble time posting here.

This CEO guy is a joke. Look at MDMN, no big news but the stock is at 0.12 simply because of no dilution. Dilution is the worse of all.
