They have been converting these same notes for the past couple months (read the other 8K's) and the last quarterly report states that there was only $45,000 in notes outstanding. How does $45,000 amount to this much stock?! Do the math... Are they converting them for UNDER .001?!
Try to find the details/terms in the filings for these "May" notes. I cant... a huge red flag IMO.. Cant improve the balance sheet if you are not reporting the debt in the first place, right?
Looks to me like they are trying to sell as much stock as they can before the bottom falls out... Over 15% dilution today alone and i dont see it ending... Typical Klok company. Dump until the shell is worthless, then move on.
PS:How come every deal rounds out to an even amount of 10 or 20 million shares?!... I have never seen so many deals equal the SAME amount of stock, no matter where the stock is trading...lol... this is flat out blatant.
