I wonder about that too because ST accuses David Otto & friends of "pump & dump" to profit from this incident.

I'm not trying to defend anyone from GeoBio here but I doubt that Otto & co could ever have imagined ST making such a big mistake so that they would ever be able to exploit ST's mistake.

According to the 10k they were given shares, but no where does it say they were allowed to sell the shares

I personally think they were selling on that last drop from the .6 level to .15. They haven't followed any of the laws yet, so I wouldn't expect them to start now...
