Mike juz remember this one glaring ingredient above else k...the BIG MONEY accumulators from round I always know ahead of the market masses how much firepower approaches...that's where the golden adage volume b4 price originates.
So for me the delay on the money issue is secondary to what the impact of the round I accumulation wave tells us ie: BIG MONEY has already spoken through action on what they believe fast approaches on the VERY near term horizon cha-ching;)
The delay can be interpreted two ways - issues with some of the partners involved OR, its bigger than mnay might think. By issues I mean where they are actually located that requires a closer look at where the money came from..just a guess
I'll go with the latter one for now. And yes, I am pixed off they did not think about all the detials, including HLS prior.
