Before you go further on this read this from Er0ch about Kat/Vale JV on Lucky:

"We get alot by only having to put up 20%. People tend to look at it like we only get "20%" in profits from this deal, which is true, but at the same time we only have to put up 20% of the captial to fund this project as well. A feseabitly study alone on Lucky would cost around 50 million dollars. KATX has no income, we are not making any money currently, and wont for a while, so there was simply no way we could cover the costs of that, along with all the other costs of mining a property like this. Nore would it make any sense for us to, as we can make Vale pay for most of it which is what we are doing.

And Lucky could be worth as much if not more than 5 billion. SO 20% of 5 billion is still 1 billion for us. 1 billion or even 500 million in profits for a company that is currently making zero is a massive amount of money and would be fantastic.

So this is indeed a very very good deal even though at first glance it might not look that way."

This is not a mining company
KAT was never going to realize the full potential value
of the Lucky properties or any of their other properties
Their business plan, as I understand it, is to prove-up
properties to the point that a major will commit to them.
They dont own equipment for this type of undertaking
They essentialy get a finders fee, percentage of perceived
value, and an NSR.
Then go try and prove up something else, which is where we are today
And your comment that a certain poster said they got a raw deal
is like saying it will get dark out tonight, what else would you expect.

never see the potentials a few months or longer ahead.
All they care about is the minute-to-minute pps.
Look, VALE is possible to JV with KAT for other properties too, not just LUCKYS.

Hand Camp may also be possible JV with another major co too.
When you add them all up in the future, its huge income.
All those naysayers crying and yelling : prove it, prove it, prove it, prove it, all day long.

How can KAT prove all that in a few months ? All these people crying "PROVE IT" are nonsense and rediculous.
Only Vegas can prove it if you win or lose in seconds.
Flipping is not for me, never, its a dangerous game,
especially fooling with feline the Kat.
