Just playing the ping-pong game for the Buyers,
whoever they are.
Buyers are likely the financiers,
who are accumulating at these .031 to .036 levels.
Its up to you to believe it or not.
In many many cases, financiers really want to
gain some kind of control with the co they lended money to.
They see the huge potentials of the co, that's why.
My observations usually quite accurate.
