My legal knowledge comes from personal experience. Got a civil rights complaint to the Supreme Court, evidence of violation was the report of the police that clearly defined a deprivation of property and due process. Complaint was dismissed out of hand by District, 10th Circuit, and the Supremes.
All together now: "Civil rights, I don't see no civil rights".

Check out the charts and the A/D of the stocks that you got burned by. Download Quote Tracker and connect it to your TDA account. You will find that by adjusting your historical charts to the appropriate window you will be able to see where you screwed up. Also look at volume by price for support and resistance.
