Nice day yesterday for trading. I m happy because this movements are giving me profit and the opportunity to buy more shares and take a little bit of profit increasing my position at 0 cost. I will miss this CVR when expires.
I was thinking about the new during yesterday and I m surprised because anyone makes other reading of this new. Please tell me if you are agree with my view or not.
My view is that FKP posted this new with TEVA when news are not necessary and the measurement period was ended at 31 dec of 2010. By the side of FPK, nothing to win or to loose. They report the 10-K and show us the results. These new must have an impact in the matrix company but the impact was 0.
So, the $ they will reach with this new might be the $ they need to make the payment of CVR return. It's a possibility.
So, nowadays there are 2 investment positions:
Short term trading.
Keep till the 10-K report.
If FKP knows they didn't accomplish, the clever movement they will make is try to increase the quote in order to let the people who bought at prizes over 0.1$ the possibility to decrease the losses and give to all of us any chance to close positions.
If they don't accomplish and lets the prizes at these levels, they will have problems with a lot of investors who will be feel scammed by the company.
I think all investors ( who are waiting to the report) are nervous and I feel that the company situation is the same if they analyze all the possibilities.
