ilene i feel its cause hes not worried about shiat ,its not in his hands as of now ..he's waiting for their next move of what they will do in reference to this release issue and also the issues we brought to the table hint discovery ..what do u and the board feel he can be doing other than just waiting to see now ...pretty soon we will be hiking the wamu golden trail with him...

I totally agree with you Ilene:

I can tell you that it really doesn't matter if he is there or not.

Think of it this way… Steve is an MD and head of a large medical clinic... and you have a brain tumor. Well Steve (even though his is a great MD)is not going to do surgery on you! No he is going to have one of the surgeons in the clinic do it who is well versed in this type of surgery. My point is... this is not the movies and there is rarely a person that can be a master of every type of litigation.

I agree with you Ilene. There's nothing to worry about, imo. What has Rosen accomplished? other than procedural detailing...absolutely nothing! That's what has me confident in all this.

Ilenes. I agree with you 110%.. We are emotional, because we know the powerful in this case will wield it wherever and whenever they choose. we are investors and investors need disclosure to be able to decide, these yahoo's have taken that away from us. The manipulation of the PPS is eroding at the confidence that was displayed in 2009 and early 2010.

However, we have an Ace in the Hole with Susman Godfrey and we know it, we are just really frustrated with the process.

Patience is hard thing to come by...

I agree with you Ilene. Susman & Godfrey is not a one-person operation. I'm glad Steve Susman is enjoying his well earned vacation in New Zealand. Justin Nelson has performed quite capably as the trial attorney IMO.

It would be best to chill at this point. What happens, happens. But I am confident that we will be happy with the end result.

This case has gone on much longer than anyone anticipated because WE had unreasonable expectations as to the timeframe.

It's pretty much out of our hands now.
