Let me help you out:

It is rumored ...ahem... that they agreed to buy back the shares 35days from the dismissal of this case. Im sure we will see verification of this in a future release. And by the way its not just a settlement for nite its all the MMs. I should have waited before I released that news. That is 35 calander days from the dismissal. I dont have many posts left today so I gotta make them count. Cant wait for the FTD numbers!!!!!

Its seems like you guys want to use this Rumored 35 days like it was a court order. It is at best speculation. Just like the amount of shares that need to be covered. The people that know surely aren't going to let us know the #. If there is any covering left to do. I remember back in January when there were about 200,000 shares being traded every afternoon.
