Jack..many of us who've been here a long time just check in from time to time. Truth of the matter is that all the back and forth mean nothing. It's what's in the ground. All else at this juncture is time passing and entertainment. good luck to us all.
The odds of some high school football player getting an NFL contract may be 50,000 to one. But that is irrelevant information unless you are just randomly picking any high school kid. If you are a pro scout and have done your due diligence, the odds of your pick making it are dramatically lower.
Same situation applies here. Don't let some pull out the "odds bogeyman".
