Remember that he took over the internet side of HNSS (MedBioWeb and its subsidiaries). Groffe may need to pump more money in there.
Remember too that HNSS got ~220 million HNSS shares for MedBioweb. There were 400 million to begin with and 90 million were repurchased in addition to the 220 million that were given to HNSS for MedBioWeb. That only leaves. 90 million shares left. I don't find it likely that Groff has 60 million shares to sell considering that Mr. Black bought 25 million. That would leave Mr. Black and Mr. Groff owning more than 85 million shares when there are only 90 million shares left in the O/S potentially.
