REE, just like water in the SAHARA DESERT, without it, DEATH.
Now talk about % to be mineable,
It won't matter when it comes to LIFE & DEATH situations.
Future price of REE will push some lower % to be mineable.
RR so far has almost all the REE (15 out of 17 ?) from Hole 2.
More holes need to be drilled to see how far and how deep REE goes.

Ken is working real hard on that right now.
