There are lot of terms being tossed around, and I'm not quite clear about how they relate.
Just to clarify then, is it your understanding from your communications with MNTA IR that a "minor deficiency letter" used to be called a "non-approvable letter"?
If so, TEVA has taken their deceptive pronouncements to a new level.
