Don't believe it has to be a stinker. Just avg numbers will kill us. No, they have played their trump cards and now have to have some outstanding numbers or news or combo of both for a gain. Long term/short term doesn't matter any more. They can have all the properties in NF, if they don't have minerals or they can't get money, they are dead in the water. The noose tightens daily.
