AppTech Corp (Pink Sheets: APCX) announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Oronoco Telecom. LLC on or about February 1, 2011. Oronoco is owned and directed by telecom veteran Daniel Miroli and currently has projected annual revenues of $3 million. The company has an existing customer base that includes clients such as KDDI of Japan and TATA Communications of India.
