homevendor, don't doubt that there has been trading back and forth among HDSN and other MMs on many days. Also believe that HDSN is the lead MM for KATX and as such sets the tone for daily activity. Also, recognize that HDSN has a lot of shares to sell from somewhere as it rarely bids for them.

Do not understand the daily walk down in mid afternoon. Generally, HDSN has remained at higher ask most of the day and then suddenly every day HDSN comes up with shares which are set at the lowest ask, one far lower than their ask for much of the day thusfar. It is like a script and does not seem random. Deliberate for someone's purposes. If they were to maximize their sale return they would just wait until the next day and not sell for less.

Not once did I see HDSN on the top of the buy side.

Thats why they call it selling...
Maybe talk to Ken about his financing deals??

Could it be that the MM's were just trading back and forth between themself to show us tons of volume while walking it down?
Thats wash trading, its illegal but done during runs Up to create Vol.

negative posters who helped create fear and panic together with the MM's trading between themselves to illustrate a huge sell off.

FYI, You may never see them on the bid because if you buy at the ask, your order will not show on L2 unless the seller(s) do not have enough shares to fill you at that particular price.

In addition, there is no way to know how many shares were accumulated by HDSN during the sub-penny days.

Not once did I see HDSN on the top of the buy side.
