#32747 RE: Westerly #32746

Westerly, no I am not wrong, read this from the March filing:

The Semiconductor Technologies are in the development and testing stage. Our objective over the next twelve months is to complete the development and testing of a beta version of our Semiconductor Technologies.

************

12 months after march 2005 takes us to march 2006. And that is for the FPGA let alone a marketable product like the ASCI.

Why is that so offensive, when I posted information from a company filing? I am not trying to be argumentative or 'bash' as you might suggest, I am simply pointing out a matter, which in fact was not even a bad thing, just a timeline.

I understand the PR stated this year, but that is only a 'contemplation' as it was worded and not a probable event. Simple point I was trying to make, yet you keep on alluding to the fact that anything negative is a 'bash' and attempt to bring the company down. Really was not the case. I doubt you will respond in a friendly manner (or at all), but I was just pointing out to someone a probable scenario.

Regards,
Cosmo

Westerly: Re: WRONG. read the latest pr, contemplating coming to market in 05' and you are talking about 07', who are you kidding.

With all due respect, this is not the first time that this company has projected coming to market within a time frame that never came to pass.

In this President's letter, Cooper "contemplated" coming to market with meaningful revenues from volume production "in the next twelve months". The letter is dated June 2002.

In the 2003 SHM notes, they "contemplated" revenues from volume production in 1H04.

They have cried wolf on "going to market" so many times, I cannot imagine how anyone could take them seriously this time.

Listen to someone who knows the tech., has played with the tech., has put his reputation and co's reputation on the line. Don't listen to me or any other otc bb investor or self proclaimed chatroom techie.

Rather than listen to anyone, I prefer to let the lessons of history be my guide.
