Note that this was information that Maj discovered, not information that the company slipped him illegally. He has the right to distribute the information however he wishes. From a legal perspective, he can give the information to whoever he wants before he gives it to the market. That's the "reward" that the market gives to those who perform rigorous DD and add value through their own discoveries.
The idea that he has some legal or charitable obligation to equitably distribute information to you, me, or anyone on this board is nonsense. If we want to get the information that he has, we need to invest the money that he has invested to acquire it. We need to pay chinese contacts who can dig through the companies on the ground to find out what is actually going on. Hopefully, in the future, there will be channels through which we can pool resources together to fund that kind of research, because it's going to be very difficult to survive in this space without it.
