I don't know that they have all of the assays yet (other than the ones already reported). All I know is that they said they didn't as of January 7th. They could've received them since then or maybe not. But what I do know is that it is extremely abnormal for a lab to take 2 months to do a test. But like I said, maybe there was a delay sending them off to the lab to begin with. Maybe they haven't had them the whole two months. I'm just not sure buddy.
As for legalities or ethical guidelines with releasing assay results, I think companies have quite a bit of leeway. For example Goldcliff did a drill program in 2008 and didn't report the assays until May 18, 2010! http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=54104301
I think we should be hearing news next week. If not, I would be absolutely stunned. Mondays are good news days for KAT. So, it could be tomorrow.
P.S. To clarify again...I'm NOT saying Ken is witholding the results, or that they lied on the last PR (maybe the did NOT have results then), and I'm not saying the company did anything shady. All I was saying, is it doesn't take 2 months to do these tests done, and if there are delays or issues at the lab, they have options (mentioned before), and those options should be exercised. At this point, I'm not saying this is good, bad, or neutral...just that it is unusual. Some may interpret this as being positive, some may interpret this as being negative. I just say it is unusual.
Good luck to us all (yes I do own shares...in case you were wondering). Bio
