If they don't have a deal then those hundreds of millions of VSPC shares and all the VGREF shares are worth nothing. They don't get a dime so realalistically you have to believe they got one or maybe several.

I believe we have a deal, my only question is , what kind or type of a deal, and what are the revenues that go along with it?
Also, what are everyone's thoghts on, when a deal is done how much of the revenues will vgref recieve and how much of the revenues will vspc get? The reason I ask this is i'm wondering how these contracts would effect vspc share price and vgref's share price?
let"s say they work a 10.0 million dollar deal. how would this be split between the two company's?
