EDIT: Once, when I asked a member of the ASR team questions i was made to feel as though I were a criminal. What the heck was up with that, what would you think? See below.

Again, I am sorry I could not satisfy what I thought were genuine enquiries.'
Thank you, unfortunately a telephone chat is not meaningful, only official information published directly by the company can be considered official, but i appreciate the suggestion
